Upon call of the President, the St. John the Baptist Parish School Board will meet in special session at Godchaux Grammar Cafeteria, 1600 Highway 44, Reserve, Louisiana, on Thursday, October 2, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER, INVOCATION, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:13 a.m. He called for a moment of silent meditation, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
ITEM 2. ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS: The Chair called for Public Comment.
PRESENT: Burl, DeFrancesch, Johnson, Schum, Triche, Sanders
ABSENT: Holden, Keller, Jones, Wallace, Mitchell
There were 6 members present and 5 members absent.
ITEM 3. Public Comment. Mrs. Janice Gauthier – Request approval of Proposal 21.26 General Liability & Fleet Insurance

MOTION: To approve Proposal 21.26 General Liability & Fleet Insurance as presented and recommended by administration

The motion carried.
