PUBLIC HEARING

JANUARY 13, 2021

LAPLACE, LOUISIANA

The Secretary read the following:

The St. John the Baptist Parish School Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 5:30 p.m., in the Godchaux Grammar Cafeteria, 1600 Highway 44, Reserve, LA and will conclude prior to the regularly scheduled School Board Meeting at 6:00 p.m.  The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public comment regarding the proposed redistricting plan of the St. John the Baptist Parish School Board based on the 2020 United States Census.  The hearing is now open for public comment.

The agenda item was read aloud:

1.     Receive public comment/input regarding St. John the Baptist Parish School Board Reapportionment plans.

The public was invited to make comments.

The public was reminded several times that the floor was open for comments or questions.  At 5:44 p.m., the public was reminded that the floor was open for another 1 minute. 

There being no public comment, the hearing was closed at 5:45 p.m.
