PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE BUDGET

JUNE 11, 2024 ~ 4:00 P.M.

RESERVE, LOUISIANA

The Secretary read the following:

The St. John the Baptist Parish School Board will have a public hearing on the 2023-2024 proposed amended comprehensive budget revision for the General Fund and Special Revenue Funds on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at the St. John the Baptist Parish School Board office in Reserve, Louisiana. . The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public comment regarding aforementioned budgets.  The notice for this hearing was published in the June 5, 2024 publication of the L’Observateur, which is the official journal of the School Board.

The hearing was opened for public comment and the public was invited to make comments.

The public was reminded several times that the floor was open for comments or questions.  At 4:19 p.m., the public was reminded that the floor would remain open for another 1 minute. 

There being no public comment, the hearing was announced closed at 4:20 p.m.
