HEARINGS

It shall be the policy of the St. John the Baptist Parish School Board that on occasions when the Board is to conduct a hearing, all witnesses for such hearings shall be notified by certified mail, return receipt requested, or hand delivered with receipt acknowledged, that their presence is requested at said hearing at such times and places stated on the notice.

All hearings shall be handled expeditiously and shall be handled according to the procedures adopted by the Board.
